| I have spent a good deal of loot at Z1 with satisfaction (well over 10k). My last experience was as follows: I called ahead of time to have a clutch installed. I am local to Z1, but still 1 hour away in Sugar Hill GA. They let me wait in the lobby, watch Direct TV, and use their wireless internet while they get the car done while I wait. I have only left the car 1 time when I swopped the engine. After the clutch install, I drove the car down the road, and the pedal hit the floor with a "clunk" sound. I called John, and he said "bring it back". It turned out, the clutch fork went bad and was not grabbing well. Russell told me he would swop the fork for free, with exception to the cost of a new fork. FREE LABOR!
I was relieved. I am not 100% certain of standard clutch install procedures, to know if replacing or testing a fork between clutches, but this was very considerate and aded to my coninuing loyalty to them for parts and service. Aditionally, he and his crew stayed late (about 7:30 PM) to finish the job, since I drove the car there! Thank you again Russell! Mike
